Abella's Beauty goal is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. We are happy to accept returns on one or more products if you comply with the Return Policy below.
This return policy ("Return Policy”) governs the return or merchandise (the "Merchandise”) by you ("You”) to Abella's Beauty, Inc. ("Abella's Beauty”) after purchases are made through www.abellasbeauty.com (the "Website”).
Standard Ground U.S. Shipping (2-8 business days)
U.S. orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Most packages arrive within 2-8 business days (estimated days are not guaranteed by any delivery company)
In case you are not at your home at the time of delivery a note will be left at your door or mailbox to request a re-delivery.
We ship the majority of orders via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). It is your responsibility to provide us with a shipping address where packages can be securely delivered by USPS or by your country's postal service without risk of theft or loss. We assume no responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after USPS or another postal service completes delivery to the address that you provide us. If you are concerned about the security of packages received at your mailing address, you should provide a different shipping address for your order.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, you must report to us that you did not receive your package within 2 weeks of placing your order (for domestic shipments) or 1 month of placing your order (for international shipments). Please email your report to us at info@JohnLeeMD.com.
Once you have reported your lost package, we will determine if the package was lost before or after it was delivered to your address. If the package was lost before it was delivered to your address, we will launch an inquiry with USPS about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered and either mailed to you or returned to us. Since such inquiries take time, we reserve the right to wait up to 30 days after the start of the inquiry before we declare the package to be a complete loss. If we declare the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge.
If your package was lost or stolen after it was delivered to your address, we will consider reshipping the order to you if you provide us with the following information:
A letter or email which confirms that you have thoroughly inspected your property to make sure that the package is not there, and that you have also asked your family, friends, neighbors, and landlord if they have seen your package.
A letter or email which confirms that you have contacted your local post office to see if it has the package, and that the post office said it delivered the package and no longer has it. Your letter or email should include the full name and telephone number of the postmaster for your local post office so that we can call them to verify the statement.
Upon receiving this information, we will reply to you with our decision about whether we will reship the order. Before replying, we may ask USPS to conduct an inquiry to confirm that your package is lost. We reserve the right to wait up to 30 days after the start of the inquiry before we decide to reship the package. This time period is necessary to confirm if the package is lost. We reserve the right to refuse reshipment of an order based on our review of your request and any information gathered from USPS.
If we reship a package that was lost or stolen after it was delivered to your address, we will require you to sign for the reshipped package in order to receive it. We also reserve the right to ask you to reimburse us for our shipping expenses. Please note that we do not grant refunds on packages that were lost after being delivered to the address that you provided to us.
Unfortunately at this time, Abella's Beauty offers no exchanges on merchandise sold.
Prior to returning your Merchandise, you must fulfill all of the following requirements:
- You may return Merchandise purchased on the Website within 14 days from the date you receive the Merchandise for A full refund of the purchase price outlined in the agreement between You and Abella's Beauty minus any shipping costs.
- You may return Merchandise only if it is in its original condition and it is unopened, unused and not damaged.
- You may return Merchandise if the incorrect Merchandise was shipped to You in error by Abella's Beauty.
- You must contact Abella's Beauty at email@example.com and request a returned merchandise authorization ("RMA”).
- You must complete the return form provided by us, which requires your name, phone number address, order number and reason for return.
- You must place Merchandise in a shipping envelope or box and include the shipping form inside the package and the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Regretfully, Abella's Beauty will not issue any refunds that do not comply with the foregoing procedure.
NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY HEREIN, ABELLA'S BEAUTY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DESIGNATE ON THE WEBSITE THAT CERTAIN MERCHANDISE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. ABELLA'S BEAUTY WILL LIST ANY SUCH RESTRICTIONS ON THE PRODUCT DETAIL PAGE.
Your refund will be processed within approximately 14 business days from receipt of the returned Merchandise. Once Abella's Beauty receives, processes and accepts Your return, You will receive an e-mail which confirms Your refund. Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card used to make the original purchase of Merchandise on the Website. Refund times will depend on the credit card company’s policies.
Returns of Merchandise must be shipped by You at Your expense within seven business days of receipt of a RMA number from Abella's Beauty. All returns of Merchandise must be shipped in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage during transit. Abella's Beauty is not responsible for any loss or damage to Merchandise that is returned by You.
